Deleting your Derbily account

What this page is for
Derbily can be used without an account. If you created one, you can delete it yourself at any time — from inside the app or from this website. This page explains exactly what is removed.
How to delete your account
Open Profile, scroll to “Delete your account” and confirm. In the mobile app the same option sits under your account details on the Profile tab. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your account record, your email address, your name, the profile photo you uploaded, your linked Google or GitHub sign-in, and every active session. Favourites, predictions and preferences saved on the device you are using are cleared at the same time.
What is not personal data
Match scores, statistics, lineups and league tables are licensed football data about clubs and players, not about you, so they are unaffected. Derbily does not sell personal data and does not keep a copy of your account after deletion.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to your account, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. We remove the account and confirm by reply.
